Submit a whistleblower report on assets of persons related to the Russian aggression against Ukraine.

This portal is developed by th Ukrainian Task Force on the Traicing, Freezing and Confiscating Assets of those Involved in Russia's War Crimes. 

Your report is a valuable contribution to ending the war in Ukraine!

Those who support the war in Ukraine are ready to go against the Russian leadership only when they lose what is most valuable to them, which are their property and funds.

Among these persons are Russian and Belarusian officials, oligarchs, opinion leaders, etc.

We call on you to file a whistleblower report on their property abroad. For instance:

• apartment in the UK;

• gold bars in Switzerland;

• yachts moored in the EU countries;

• estates in the USA, Canada or any other country.

☝️ Reporting such information you contribute to ending the war, as it helps to ensure economic pressure on those fueling the war. The government of mentioned countries can confiscate the reported assets or include the mentioned persons to sanctions lists.

To protect yourself from pursuing, we encourage you to take the following precautions when submitting a report:

• 1. do not use Internet at home or work if you are filing a report via your own computer or mobile phone. Use Wi-Fi in a public place or mobile Internet.

• 2. use VPN (https://www.security.org/vpn/), especially when using Wi-Fi in a public place and reporting from Russia.

• 3. use a secure Tor Browserinstead of a regular web browser to remain anonymous.

• 4. create a "disposable" email with a fictitious name. You can also use services that specialize in anonymous mailboxes like ProtonMail, 10 Minute Mail, Anonymous Email
